₹2 crore cash, 14 plots, 341 gm gold: Odisha Vigilance department unearths govt engineer's assets

Odisha's Vigilance department conducted simultaneous raids on properties linked to a government engineer, uncovering ₹2 crore in cash, 14 high-value plots, five multi-storey buildings, and 341 gm of gold jewellery. The department is verifying the weight and value of the gold, bank deposits, and other financial investments. The properties were found at several locations including Bhubaneswar, Jajpur, and Baripada. The valuation of the buildings and plots is being done by the technical department.
