The failure to get a collective decision at World Trade Organization talks ‌in Cameroon ⁠is "a ⁠major setback for global trade," after the discussions ended in a deadlock, said Peter ⁠Kyle, Britain's business ‌and trade secretary."This is ⁠not the outcome we wanted.
