Navy employee held for murdering paramour, storing body parts in fridge

The Gajuwaka police have arrested a Petty Officer of the Indian Navy on charges of murdering his paramour, dismembering her body parts and storing a part of it in a refrigerator at his house in L.V. Nagar under Gajuwaka police station limits.

Though the woman was murdered on March 29, it came to light after the accused, identified as Chintada Ravindra (29), surrendered before the Gajuwaka police on Monday. The victim has been identified as Polipalli Mounika (31), a resident of Sanjeevayya Colony in Thatichetlapalem area of the city.
