Spotify now lets everyone turn off videos in its app

Spotify is introducing new controls that allow users to disable all videos in the app. Users can choose an audio-first experience or a video-enhanced one. The controls are available to Family Plan managers and will be rolled out to all users globally this month. Users can access the video controls by navigating to their settings and selecting the "Content and display" option. Video ads and Canvas-like videos on some audio ads will still be visible.
