Indian LPG tanker crosses Hormuz, first after ceasefire

An Indian-flagged LPG tanker, Jag Vikram, has safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz, becoming the first Indian-flagged vessel to do so since a temporary ceasefire was announced. The tanker, carrying 20,400 tonnes of cooking gas, has 24 seafarers onboard and is expected to arrive at Mumbai. Other Indian ships, including 15 in the Persian Gulf, are awaiting instructions to proceed.
