Families gather to mourn victims of deadly shooting in Afghanistan

Families and mourners have gathered in Afghanistan to pray for victims of a shooting in Herat. Armed men on motorcycles opened fire at a picnic spot, resulting in the deaths of at least 11 people. One suspect has been arrested.
