Tamil Nadu Assembly election 2026: Dairy farmers concerned over lack of attention to their core issues

Dairy farmers in the State are expressing discontent over the lack of attention given to their key issues. The DMK has promised to increase the procurement price by ₹5 per litre in its manifesto. However, the AIADMK, NTK, and TVK have not stated their position on this issue in their respective manifestos.
