Bengaluru-Mumbai Vande Bharat sleeper train gets railways’ nod; full schedule soon

Indian Railways has approved Vande Bharat sleeper service between Bengaluru and Mumbai. The new train is expected to be fast and more comfortable, with travel time likely to be around 16-17 hours. The route and stops will be announced soon. Vande Bharat service will not replace Udyan Express, which currently operates on relatively slow tracks and takes over 22 hours to cover the distance.
