Andhra Pradesh: Chandrababu Naidu lays foundation for Rs 5,400 crore ReNew solar plant in Anakapalli

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu laid the foundation for a ₹5,400-crore solar manufacturing plant by ReNew in Anakapalli. The project aims to boost renewable energy, create jobs, and support Andhra Pradesh's goal of becoming a major clean energy hub. The facility will manufacture critical upstream components, reduce reliance on imports, and strengthen India's energy security, generating over 2,100 direct and indirect jobs.
