April Fourth Weekend: Darling Re-release tops the Show

Films in Telugu states had low occupancies over the weekend due to the impact of IPL and summer heat. New releases Gedelaraju and Vaazha 2 struggled to deliver decent numbers, with Vaazha 2 performing better in urban regions. Prabhas' film Darling broke re-release records, collecting decent numbers and outperforming Salaar. Hollywood film Micheal had a decent show in multiplexes and cities. Other new releases underperformed.
