Arjun Kapoor personality rights case: Not all content on public figures can be removed unless defamatory, says Delhi High Court

Arjun Kapoor has approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights against alleged misuse through artificial intelligence and pornographic content. The Court heard that several defendants were selling merchandise using Kapoor's personality traits without permission and sharing sexually explicit material. Justice Gedela observed that not everything related to a public figure can be taken down unless it is clearly offensive. A detailed interim order will be passed later.
