Bombay HC upholds acquittal in Sohrabuddin’s ‘fake’ encounter case

The Bombay High Court has upheld the acquittal of 22 accused, including 21 junior police officers from Gujarat and Rajasthan, in the alleged 2005 fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin Shaikh, his wife Kausar Bi, and aide Tulsiram Prajapati.
