Bret Taylor’s Sierra buys YC-backed AI startup Fragment

Sierra, a customer service agent startup, has acquired Fragment, a French startup that helps businesses integrate AI into workflows. This is Sierra's third public acquisition. Fragment's co-founders, Olivier Moindrot and Guillaume Genthail, will join Sierra's team. Terms of the deal were not announced. Fragment had previously raised around $2 million through its seed round.
