Chaos at German 'Ulm 5' trial over damage to Israeli arms firm site

Five pro-Palestinian activists, including three women and two men of various nationalities, are on trial in Germany over a protest at an Israeli defence company's site in Ulm. The defendants are accused of criminal damage, trespass, and membership of a criminal organization. They allegedly broke into the site in September 2025, causing around €1 million in damage, and have been in pre-trial detention for months
