Chief selector Ajit Agarkar set to get an extension till 2027

Ajit Agarkar will continue as chairman of India's senior selection committee after the Board of Control for Cricket in India renewed his contract for another year. During his tenure, India reached four ICC tournament finals, winning three titles. Agarkar's contract is being renewed as he can continue up to four years in either junior or senior selection committee.
