CM Naidu bats for self-reliant power usage

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu calls for self-reliance in power consumption within the agricultural sector. He urges farmers to install solar panels under the PM-KUSUM scheme and adopt rooftop solar installations under the PM Surya Ghar scheme. The state targets installation of solar power panels for 40 lakh households in the next year and aims to generate 160 GW of green energy with investments worth ₹5.95 lakh crore.
