Congress and allies committed injustice to women by opposing reservation for women, alleges Shivamogga MP

Congress party and its allies lost the moral right to speak of women's freedom and equal rights after opposing a Constitution amendment that proposed 33% reservation for women in Parliament. The amendment required a two-thirds majority in Parliament but was opposed by the Congress, DMK, TMC, and other parties, resulting in a missed opportunity for women's reservation and a grave injustice to women in the country.
