Congress just gave DHS another $70 billion

The US Congress narrowly voted 214-212 in favor of a reconciliation bill, allocating $70 billion to the Department of Homeland Security over three years. The vote largely followed party lines, with a Senate vote of 52-47 preceding the House decision.
