Counselling-based transfers for sub-registrars in Karnataka to be made permanent exercise

Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda has said Karnataka will make its counselling-based transfer system for sub-registrars a permanent, annual exercise, replacing a process that had long been viewed with suspicion
