Delhi cop shoots dead delivery executive, arrested

A Delhi Police head constable allegedly opened fire with his service-issued pistol after an argument in southwest Delhi's Jafarpur Kalan area, killing a 21-year-old food delivery worker and injuring his 30-year-old friend. The victims were shot with a single bullet while seated on a bike, with the rider killed on the spot. The suspect was later nabbed by special cell and handed over to local police.
