Delhi High Court judge recuses from hearing contempt PIL against Kejriwal over circulation of court videos

A PIL seeking contempt action against AAP leaders is being heard by the Delhi High Court. A Bench of Chief Justice D.K. Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia was initially assigned to hear the case. However, Justice Karia recused himself from hearing the case, which was then directed to be listed before another Bench on the next day.
