Driver of crashed train tested positive for drugs, Thai police say

A freight train driver involved in a fatal collision with a public bus in Bangkok has tested positive for drugs and been charged with reckless driving. The collision at the Asoke-Din Daeng railway crossing killed eight people and injured many others. The bus driver and the guard responsible for lowering the barrier have also been charged.
