Dron-o-war 1.0 at Noida's JIIT puts spotlight on India's growing drone ecosystem

Dron-o-war 1.0, a two-day national event, was held at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology's (JIIT) Wish Town campus in Noida from May 2 to 3, 2026. The event put a spotlight on India's growing drone ecosystem and innovation in the country's drone technology. Panel discussions on drone technology and its ecosystem were a part of the event, which aimed to serve as a catalyst for innovation and skill development. Over 100 teams from different institutes, universities, and schools across the country participated in the event.
