Customers who have bought Full Self-Drive (FSD) will be offered a discounted trade-in for cars with AI4 hardware. They can also upgrade their cars to replace the computer and cameras, which are required for the upgrade. To efficiently make these changes, microfactories will be set up in major metropolitan areas, as doing so at service centers is slow and inefficient.
