Environmental disaster fears grip Russia as Ukraine targets oil refineries

Ukrainian drone strikes on Russia's Tuapse refinery have caused an ecological disaster, resulting in a black rain with oily residue falling on the town. The black rain, an unnatural weather phenomenon, has coated cars and animals in a layer of black grime, releasing poisonous chemicals into the air. Volunteers have set up animal cleanup centres to wash away the oil from distressed animals, including cats, dogs, and birds.
