Sunny Deol's upcoming film Gabru has been postponed from its scheduled release on May 8. The makers plan to lock a new release date in a few days and will make an official announcement. Gabru was initially set to release on March 13, but was postponed due to the holy month of Ramzan and another film's release. The film features an extended cameo by Salman Khan and is directed by Shashank Udapurkar.
