Ex-IPS officer moves SC over Governor’s refusal to invite TVK

A retired IPS officer has moved the Supreme Court challenging R N Ravi's refusal to invite Vijay to form the government, despite Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam emerging as the single largest party in Assembly elections.
