Filmmaker Fazil Razak on ‘Moham’ winning the Best Film award at Moscow International Film Festival 2026

Director Fazil Razak conceived the idea for Moham during his college days, initially about a girl fascinated with riding motorbikes. The story evolved into a film centred on Amala, a woman with a strong desire to ride a two-wheeler, despite being psychologically challenged. Her path intersects with Shanu, a man seeking revenge, who manipulates Amala into illegal activities under the guise of teaching her to ride a stolen bike.
