Commercial liquified petroleum gas (LPG) has recorded the steepest-ever rate hike of 993. The price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder now stands at 3,071.50. This increase is part of a larger price hike, with a 1,380 increase in just three months, resulting in an 81 per cent jump. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has warned of a strike on petrol-diesel, following the commercial LPG price hike.
