Goa row: YouTuber’s brother held over remarks on St Francis Xavier; LOC out for Gautam Khattar

Goa Police arrested Madhav Khattar, brother of YouTuber Gautam Khattar, from Uttarakhand for allegedly hurting religious sentiments with derogatory remarks against St Francis Xavier. Madhav had accompanied his brother to the event, recorded and broadcast the speech on social media, and prepared the speech. He is being brought to Goa for further investigation, while a lookout circular has been issued against Gautam to prevent him from leaving the country.
