HC directs businessman Sunjay Kapur’s widow to preserve his assets

The Delhi high court has directed Sunjay Kapur's widow, Priya Kapur, to preserve his assets after his children with Karishma Kapoor raised suspicions over the will under which he allegedly bequeathed his entire estate to their step-mother. The court restrained Priya Kapur from dealing with certain assets, including equity shareholdings, provident fund amounts, personal artworks, and cryptocurrency assets, pending the disposal of the suit.
