‘In the Blue,’ Next Feature From Filmmaking Duo Delilah Napier and Lucy Powers, Boarded by Passages Pictures

Passage Pictures has secured the rights to "In the Blue," a feature film from writer-director duo Delilah Napier and Lucy Powers. Their previous feature "Floating Carousel" premiered at the Woodstock Film Festival, winning the Ultra Indie Award for Best Narrative Feature.
