India, Netherlands elevate ties to strategic partnership, sign 17 pacts

India and the Netherlands upgraded ties to a strategic partnership, signing 17 agreements across defence, semiconductors, and critical minerals. The partnership also includes cooperation on energy, AI, trade, and backing free navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, as well as discussions on Ukraine.
