India restricts bulk sale of diesel, petrol at retail outlets for 90 days

India has restricted bulk diesel purchases at retail fuel stations, limiting sales to 200 litres per customer daily. Commercial users are being directed to captive pumps to prevent fuel diversion and improve distribution oversight.
