Israel kills at least five in Lebanon after ‘ceasefire’ extended

Israeli air attacks on southern and eastern Lebanon have killed at least five people and injured more than a dozen, as per the Health Ministry. The attacks targeted municipalities in Tayr Felsay, Tayr Debba, Az-Zrariyah and Jebchit, and a separate attack in Jouaiya village killed at least three people. Israeli military issued forced displacement orders to residents in several villages in southern Lebanon. A ceasefire extension was agreed upon with Hezbollah, despite Israeli forces continuing to bomb and occupy parts of southern Lebanon.
