Israel launches strikes on southern Lebanon despite extending ‘ceasefire’

Israeli strikes have been carried out across southern Lebanon. At least five people were killed and another 15 injured in these strikes. The strikes occurred despite Israel agreeing to extend a ceasefire with Lebanon.
