Israeli killings in Lebanon rise: Is even the pretence of a ceasefire over?

Fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon continues, with both sides escalating attacks against each other. The ceasefire that followed six weeks of fighting has been repeatedly violated, with Lebanon's army reporting several incidents. Israeli attacks have resulted in the deaths of 51 people, including two medical workers, and have targeted medical facilities. The United Nations reports that at least 103 Lebanese medical workers have been killed and 230 injured in Israeli strikes.
