Jacqueline Fernandez withdraws plea to become approver in Rs 200 crore Sukesh Chandrashekhar money laundering case

Jacqueline Fernandez has withdrawn her plea to become an approver in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case linked to Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The application was taken back before the Patiala House Court in Delhi after the Enforcement Directorate opposed her request. The agency argued that Jacqueline had maintained consistent communication with Sukesh despite allegedly knowing his criminal history and continued to receive benefits from the proceeds of the crime.
