Kaleshwaram Case Far From Over: High Court Validates Commission, CBI Probe Back in Focus

Ghose Commission report on the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project has not given a clean chit to anyone linked to alleged irregularities. The court found no fault with the formation of the commission but raised objections to certain adverse findings against individuals due to procedural defects in issuing notices
