Kiev death toll from Russian attack rises above 20

The death toll from Russian attacks on the Ukrainian capital Kiev has risen to 21, with authorities initially reporting 16 deaths. Dozens of residential buildings were damaged across the country, with the region around Kiev and other areas badly hit.
