Look-out circular against Union minister's son Bandi Sai Bhageerathin POCSO case after court refuses relief for now

A look-out circular has been issued against Bandi Sai Bhageerath, son of Union minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, in connection with a case filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The case was filed on May 8 under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and POCSO Act, alleging that Bhageerath sexually harassed a minor girl. Cyberabad police are conducting searches to trace and arrest him, and the circular has been issued to prevent him from fleeing the country.
