Madras High Court dismisses plea seeking inquiry into TVK chief Vijay’s assets

The Madras High Court dismissed a writ petition seeking an inquiry into the assets declared by Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam president while filing his nomination papers from the Perambur Assembly constituency. The First Division Bench refused to entertain the petition as they had already entertained another similar case and ordered notice to the Director General of Income Tax (Investigation).
