Modi killed bill on women's quota, opposition fought delimitation bill only: Congress' Kharge

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi "killed" a Constitution amendment bill to implement women's quota in legislatures. He criticized the Prime Minister for campaigning in West Bengal, questioning whether he wants to become the Chief Minister of the State. Kharge also pointed out that the opposition has been fighting the delimitation bill.
