MS Subbulakshmi Biopic Casting Takes A New Turn

A biopic on MS Subbulakshmi is currently in production. Sai Pallavi was initially set to play the lead role but reports suggest Rukmini Vasanth might replace her. The team has not made an official announcement yet. Director Gowtam Tinnanuri is doing detailed research and shooting may begin later this year. Pallavi is busy with other projects, while Vasanth also has several films in the pipeline.
