Tech billionaire Elon Musk is testifying in a landmark United States trial against fellow OpenAI co-founder, accusing him of betraying promises to keep the company a nonprofit dedicated to humanity's benefit. Musk invested about $38m in OpenAI between 2015 and 2017, but lost confidence in the company's nonprofit mission, alleging that co-founder Sam Altman was trying to "steal the charity"
