Myanmar commutes ex-leader Aung San Suu Kyi's sentence again, lawyer says

Myanmar's detained former leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been given a further reduction in her sentence as part of an amnesty. Her sentence has been commuted from 27 years to a reduced amount, with over 18 years left to serve. This is the second such commutation in two weeks, following an announcement by state media that all prisoners would have their sentences commuted.
