Noida airport names Nitu Samra as interim CEO days after BCAS blocked Christoph Schnellmann

Noida International Airport has appointed Nitu Samra as its interim CEO, following directions from the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security that the CEO of an airport in India must be an Indian national. Samra has been the airport's chief financial officer since October 2021 and has been involved in the airport's development. Christoph Schnellmann, the previous CEO, will join the airport's board of directors as executive vice chairman, supporting the project's transition to operations.
