Plane crash in South Sudan kills all 14 on board

A small passenger plane has crashed in South Sudan, killing all 14 people on board. The plane, operated by CityLink Aviation Ltd, was a Cessna 208 Caravan that took off from Yei and was headed for Juba. The crash occurred due to adverse weather conditions, particularly low visibility, according to the country's civil aviation authority. The plane was carrying 12 South Sudanese and two Kenyans.
