Pro-Palestine legal aid requests stay high in 2025 amid US campus pressure

Requests for legal support related to pro-Palestine advocacy remained high in the United States last year, with Palestine Legal receiving 1,131 queries for legal support. The figure is below the record 2,184 requests received in 2024, but the rate of complaints remained 300 percent higher than in 2022. The majority of requests came from university students and faculty, with a growing number related to immigration and border issues.
