Rajasthan badminton player beaten to death for eloping with minor, girl’s father arrested

A 21-year-old Rajasthan badminton player was beaten to death in Faridabad after allegedly eloping with a 16-year-old girl. The victim suffered multiple fractures and severe internal injuries, including fractured ribs and punctured lungs. The girl's father was arrested for his alleged involvement in the murder, while several other family members remained absconding. The victim had been abducted and held hostage by the girl's family before being repeatedly assaulted.
